Carved Milk Jug

This medium jug is ideal for milk, cream, maple syrup or gravy. Hand-thrown with a speckled stoneware clay with a carved line pattern, finished in a rustic white glaze. 

Microwave and dishwasher safe (Although hand washing is recommended.) 

Dimensions: Approx W 14cm (with handle) x H 11cm, capacity 400ml

Every piece is hand-thrown, trimmed and glazed by hand, therefore slight variations in dimensions and glaze finish are to be expected. This makes every piece truly unique and adds to the charm of homemade studio pottery. 

Hannah Kinchin began her pottery journey 5 years ago, developing hEri skills and practice to now having hEri own studio on a farm in Cornwall- a genuine dream come true! She makes every piece individually, by throwing the clay on hEri old-fashioned kick-wheel, then carefully trim, fire, and glaze each item before firing them once more.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and made with speckled stoneware clay paired with a natural white glaze, from her own recipe, as these elements give the entire collection a cohesive feel.
