We aim to send your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should receive your purchase in 3-5 working days. For heavier items we may send via a specialist, signed-for parcel delivery service. Our Standard delivery fee is £3.95 but will be more for heavy items. Free delivery for orders over £75.
If you require faster service please email us on info@knowandlove.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you. For next day delivery, please order by 10am and message us through the shop. The charge for this will be £7.50.
