I’ve known Simon since we worked together on our children’s school parents association. The highlight of the school year was the Summer Fête. Simon would go, at the crack of dawn, to Billingsgate Market to buy fresh oysters and tiger prawns for a huge and delicious BBQ. Talk about going above and beyond! This could be said to be Simon’s defining quality. If something’s going to be done it’s going to be big, beautiful and of the highest quality. Meals at Simon’s home are banquets with too many people crammed joyously around an extra long table (hand crafted by Simon himself of course).

His products are the same. Stunning furniture and objects for the home, lovingly crafted from the most beautiful oak, ash or walnut, they exude Simon’s love for the pieces he imagines and creates.

For Know & Love Simon has produced a collection for the kitchen; a set of delightful asymmetrical wooden boards, iPad stands for your recipes and a clever salt and pepper box. To own one of these is to own a truly unique, high quality example of pure craftsmanship.
